Beta support comes first.
If Photanchor Pro does not work for your beta setup, email support with your Stripe receipt email. We will help troubleshoot or handle a reasonable beta refund request.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the receipt email when possible. Include the app version, macOS version, and a short description. Do not include file paths, file lists, manifests, checksums, or photos.
What stays local
Refund and support requests do not require uploading scan results, Photos metadata, backup data, reports, files, or photos.
