License recovery

Lost your key? Recover it with your receipt email.

Photanchor can email an additional replacement key when a matching paid license exists. Existing keys are not deactivated by recovery, and the response is intentionally generic so account existence is not exposed.

Recovery sends only your email to the licensing backend. It does not send iCloud paths, Photos metadata, scan results, manifests, checksums, reports, files, or photos.

Recover your Pro license

Enter the email used for your Stripe receipt. If a matching paid license exists, Photanchor will email a replacement key without deactivating existing keys.

Recovery is rate-limited for beta safety, but the response is always generic so account existence is not revealed.
